Abstract :
This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance on employee performance, an empirical study of the hybrid working system for Telkomsel Regional Sumbagsel office employees. The data that used on this study are primary data, with 173 employees as a population. The number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula as many as 64 employees, using a sample technique that is simple random sampling. This study is quantitative research. The analytical technique used is a simple regression analysis. The result of this study is that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
