Abstract :
This thesis entitled Internal Media Management Company PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja In Publishing Bulletin PUSRI Palembang. This study aims to find out how the Internal Media Management Company PT Pupuk Srwidjaja In Publishing Bulletin PUSRI Palembang. The type of this research is descriptive research using qualitative approach method to describe internal media management company managed by Division Manager of Public Relations in publishing bulletin PUSRI. The concept used in this study is the management function according to Georgy R Terry that is planning, organizing, moving, and supervision. The results of this study indicate that the Management conducted by the Public Relations Department in managing the PUSRI bulletin is not professional so that the bulletin management objectives for the company do not support effective communication between management and employes. The planning done by the Public Relations Department in producing the bulletin is less precise in preparing the budget for the issuance of the bulletin because it only allocates funds for the printing press and the author's fee, while the fund for the publisher's fee is not available. At the organizing stage, the bulletin manager is also less precise in placing the worker in the editorial structure of the bulletin because the number of artistic bulletin teams is only one person who will manage the data that has been collected.
