Abstract :
This study aimed to assess the effect of Non Performing Financing and Third Party Fund against Islamic Murabaha Financing in Indonesia period 2011-2016. The data used in this research is secondary data from the years 2011-2016 are taken through various sources of bank annual financial statements. Based on these objectives, the method of analysis used panel data regression analysis. The results showed that together variable Non Performing Financing and Third Party Fund Murabahah significant effect on Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Non Performing Financing positive and significant effect. Third Party Funds positive and significant impact. Based on the regression equation Fixed Effect model results show the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.946342, or 94.63 per cent means that the variation of the variable Non Performing Financing and Third Party Fund has an influence on Financing Murabaha Islamic Banking in Indonesia, while the remaining 5.64 percent influenced by external variables.
