Abstract :
This study aims lo examine "THE EFFECT OF BALANCE OF PAYMENT OF JNOONESJA ANO RATIO INFLATION RESERVES ON THE EXCHANGE RATE OF RUPIAH" The objectives to be achieved from this study are: To find out whether Indonesia's balance of payments and mflation ratio affect the Rupiah exchange rate significantly. The data used is time series data for the period 2007-2017. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression analysis tool using tbe Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study are (I) Variable The inflation ratio has a negative a11d significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate with a level of determination of 39%; (2) Indonesia's balance of payments variable has a negathe and sigruficant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate with a detennination level of 8%.
