Abstract :
This study was aimed to observe the impact of drought stress on growth
and yield in Limnocharis flava L. based on crop growth analysis. This study
began in September 2017 and terminated in November 2017. The study used
Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD), with 5 treatments and 5
replications. Each unit consists of 2 plants, so there were 50 plants in total. The
treatment were CK0 (Control, CK1 (Saturated water) CK2 (Drought stress for 6
days), CK3 (Drought stress for 8 days) and CK4 (Drought stress for 10 days. The
results indicated that the drought stress inhibited plant height, leaf dimension
(length and width) and petiole after 8 days of treatment (DOT) except for number
of leaves which had declined earlier at 6 DOT and SPAD value which required
longer treatment at 10 DOT drought stress.
