Abstract :
This study aims to produce a math type problem using a valid Bangka context, practical, and potential effects on basic math skills. Bangka Context which is used in 6 forms consists of Tanjung Kalian Lighthouse, Kaolin Lake, Tri Agung Castle, Data of Population Bangka, Bangka Gold Bridge, and Bangka Botanical Garden. The research method used is design research with the type of research development or development studies. The result of the research is a mathematical problem of PISA type which is one of six valid contexts at the expert review stage and one to one, while the practicality is done by small group stages. field test stages see the potential effects in the analysis of the results of student answers and in relation to the seven basic skills of mathematics students based on the PISA 2015 framework. Ability that is found in the form of communication, representation, mathematical, reasoning and argument, and formulate strategy to solve the problem
