Abstract :
Duku plant is one of fruit icon in South Sumatera that it more research related of morphological, anatomy and physiology. This research was aimed to characterize morphology, anatomy and physiology of duku accession in three locations at Musi Rawas Regency. This research was done from Februari to April 2016 in Muara Lakitan District (Semangus Lama Village) and Muara Kelingi District (Bingin Jungut and Mambang Village). The anatomy and physiology analysis of plants was done at Laboratory of Plant Physiology, Agronomy Departement of Agricultural Faculty in Sriwijaya University. The method used was survey and direct observation, by sampling intentionally (purposive sampling) total 300 samples of leaves. Analysis of phenotype diversity was determined by comparative analysis of variance and standard deviation to determine the large and narrow of character variability. Genetic relationship (similarity) was determined by cluster analysis UPGMA method. The results showed was leaves area, plant height, girth, the number of stomata below epidermis and leaves chlorophyll content had large variability, while color of leaves had narrow variability. The level diversity of duku accession in Musi Rawas Regency was 49 % and the closest genetic relationship (similarity) of SL1-DM1, BJ3-DM3, BJ1-DM4 accession.
