Abstract :
The research aimed to study value and degradation rate crude fiber fraction NDF, ADF, hemi-cellulase, and cellulose of palm oil Total Mixed Ration (TMR). Oil palm TMR was composed by 52,5% oil mill effluent, 37,5% oil palm fronds, 10% palm press fiber and it was incubated in sacco in Bali cattle fistula for 0, 12, 24, and 36 hours. Data analysis used Completely Randomised Design (CRD). The result of research showed degradation values of NDF, ADF, hemi-cellulose, and cellulose were not significant different (P>0,05) at various incubation times, but degradation rate at 0-12 hours was higer than degradation rate at other incubation times.
