Dental health education should be done during childhood by using the right method. Rasszplay simulation are attractive and suitable method for child. To determine effectivity of rasszplay simulation on dental and oral health knowledge on 8 years children at Elementary School Plus Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. This study was a quasi experimental design and sampling was done by total sampling with pretest and posttest with control group design. The samples were 66 children aged 8 years who were divided into two groups. Knowledge of dental and oral health before and after dental education were measured using a questionnaire totaling 22 questions. Data analysis used in this study was paired t test and independent t test. An average of knowledge before and after dental health education using rasszplay simulation increased by 23,06 and conventional simulation increased by 9,18. In the independent t test results showed that there was significant differences between rasszplay simulation and conventional simulation (p<0,05).Rasszplay simulation effective to improved dental and oral health knowledge on 8 years children at Elementary School Plus Indo Global Mandiri Palembang
