Abstract :
Alokasi Tenaga Kerja Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Padi Rawa Lebak Di Kecamatan Gandus Pulokerto Palembang Sumatera Selatan Indonesia is a country known as an agricultural country that relies on the agricultural sector as a livelihood as well as a driver of development. In addition to providing food for the entire national population, the agricultural sector also contributes to foreign exchange and provides employment opportunities and raw materials for the industry. Food is a basic need and strategic commodity in human life as a source of energy and protein to run human life in a healthy and productive manner. Food needs are increasing with increasing population. One important food commodity is rice or rice. South as one of the provinces with the title of food barn, is inseparable from the availability of a variety of potential land resources, ranging from irrigated, rainfed, tidal, swampy and dry land. Swamp swamp land is quite extensive in Indonesia, is one of the alternative areas that can be developed to address food needs that continue to increase along with the increase in population and increasing land use conversion every year. One factor that influences productivity and income is the allocation of labor. Labor in farming is one of the factors of production that can work on various types of work in farming that are in accordance with their level of ability. The purpose of this study is to (1). How is the allocation of labor for swampy rice farmers in Pulokerto District, Gandus Palembang. (2) How big is the income of the swamp swamp rice farmers in Pulokerto District, Gandus Palembang. (3). How much influence the allocation of labor to the income of swampy rice farmers in Pulokerto District, Gandus Palembang. The method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, income analysis using Microsoft Excel analysis tools, and technical analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) tool for Windows version 25.0. The results showed that: it shows that the variable total allocation of family labor has a significant effect on the total income of Lebak Rice Swamp farmers. The variable regression coefficient total allocation of family labor is 31879,519, which means that every addition of the total allocation of family labor by an example farmer of one HOK will add a total income of 31,879,519 rupiah assuming other factors are fixed. This information shows that the hypothesis in this study which states that the variable labor allocation is in effect has a positive effect on the total income of Lebak Rice Swamp farmers in Pulokerto Sub-District received.
