Abstract :
One method of decision support system is the profile matching method, this study builds a support system for administrative decision making at the Banyuasin Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency using a profile matching method that can compare expected profile assessment data, so that competency differences can be identified, increasingly the small gap produced will increase the weight of the value, which means that there is a greater chance for the development of administrative positions. Final results The process of evaluating candidates as final grades and ratings as consideration for determining which candidate is most suitable for the administrative ownership position.
