Abstract :
The research aims to analyse the technical efficiency of the plastic seed industry (ISIC 20131) in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data in 2000-2015. The analytical technique used is the Stochastic Frontier approach. Based on the results of the analysis can be seen that the plastic industry in Indonesia year 2000-2015 in technical efficiency has not achieved efficient or inefficient IE 0.99884085 because 51 % of plastic raw material is still imported. The modal variables have no significant effect and a variable labor wage affects significantly against the output produced by manufacturers in the plastic seed industry
