Abstract :
Using extensive data over a period of six years, this research explores and tests the effect of of corporate social responsibility disclosure, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership on company's value. Company's value is proxied by Tobin's Q ratio. The dataset includes manufacture company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and covers the years 2006-2011. The reason why researcher chose manufacture company is that manufacture company has an direct impact on social and environment, for theirs activities must have waste and pollution from the production process. The waste and pollution might give a harm to their surrounding, such as environment, their workforce, social and community. The relationship is tested by using multiple regression analysis. Research results indicate that there are positive and statistically significant in the relationship of corporate social responsibility disclosure and company value proxied by Tobin's Q. Managerial ownership has an effect on company value. Whereas there are no effect in the relationship of institutional ownership to company value.
