Abstract :
This study aimed to find out the effect of the application of the SCAMPER Method to the students' learning out comes of grade VB SDN 28 Palembang on the sub-theme of how the body processes food. This study used the SCAMPER Method with quasi-experimental approach with the type of One Group PreTest PostTest Design. The data of this study collected through a test that involved V grade students of SDN 28 Palembang as a population, and the sample in this study is grade VB with the 22 total number of students. The calculation results showed that, the average value of Pretest is 48.18. While the average Posttest score is 77.73. Based on the hypothesis test, it was obtained that tcount = 12.09 while ttable = 1.71714 with a significance level of 0.05 (5%). Because tcount > ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the application of the SCAMPER method has an influence on students' learning out comes in learning subtheme how the body processes food in SDN 28 Palembang.
