Abstract :
This study aims to determine the optimal concentration of nutrients on the growth Plant of Sawi pagoda (Brassica narinosa) with wick hydroponic systems. The method that used is an experimental method with a complete randomized design (CRD) that consisted of seven treatments and four repetitions. The treatment is a concentration level of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% and 3%. The data is analyzed by ANAVA test and continued with the Duncan real distance difference test (BJND). The observed parameters are the growth of Sawi pagoda plants. Based on the results of this study from ANAVA and BJND can be concluded that nutrient concentrations influence the parameters of plant wet weight, powder wet weight, number of leaves, plant dry weight, root dry weight. The results of this study are examples of alternative of learning material and contributions to the learning of high school biology in the basic competence 3.1. Analyze the relationship between internal and external factors with the growth process and development in living things based on experimental results.
