Abstract :
This study aimed to analyze the effect of Capital Expenditure, General Allocation Fund, and Locally-Generated Revenue on Economic Growth of Regencies/Cities in Three Provinces in Sumatra Island. The data used in this study were secondary data from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used in this study was panel data regression estimated by the Fixed Effect model. The results of panel data regression showed that Capital Expenditure and Locally-Generated Revenue had positive and significant effect while General Allocation Fund had negative and significant effect on Economic Growth of Regencies/Cities in Three Provinces in Sumatra Island.
