Abstract :
This study aims to identify districts / cities in Bengkulu Province which are the centers of growth and to analyze the spatial linkages of the districts / cities. The data used are secondary data obtained from BPS agencies and publications. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative with analytical tools, namely the scalogram, regional typology and spatial autocorrelation. The results showed that Bengkulu City was feasible to serve as a growth center and was in line with the regional typology which indicated that Bengkulu City was included in quadrant I or a developed and fast growing area. Spatial analysis in Bengkulu showed positive Moran Index value, which meant the spatial overlap between the district / city and form are clumped distribution pattern(Clustered). This identifies that each region has spatial similarities, that is, the area that is closest to other regions, the higher the spatial relationship.
