Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the relationship between profit sharing patterns on the standard of living of rubber owners and cultivators in Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. The data used in this study are primary data, with 98 respondents using a sampling technique using non-probability sampling, namely Proportional Random Sampling. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative using cross tabulation. The results showed that (1) the production sharing pattern generally carried out by rubber farmers and owners was a profit sharing pattern, namely 40 percent for cultivators and 60 percent for owners (2) the standard of living of the owners was relatively high as measured by income above the regional minimum wage. thus the profit sharing pattern will increase the standard of living of the cultivator
