Abstract :
ABSTRACT
The use of gadgets can be a tool in learning, but it can also be an obstacle to
learning. Gadgets become tools when used according to their function to find
learning information, but become obstacles when not used wisely. This study was
conducted to describe the contribution of using gadgets as learning aids to
Indonesian learning outcomes. In order for the implementation of the research to
be systematic, quantitative methods were used through regression testing. A total
of 188 students were the research population, so random sampling was carried
out based on percentages and stated that as many as 89 students of SMP Negeri 2
Cengal as samples. To obtain accurate data, several techniques were used to
collect data, such as questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results
of the research conducted stated that there was an effect of using gadgets as
learning aids on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students at SMP Negeri 2
Cengal, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The influence contributed by the use of
gadgets as a learning resource on student learning outcomes in Indonesian
subjects is 68.8% (sixty eight point eight percent) and is included in the category
of strong influence.
