Abstract :
Kasih Ibu Shopping Shop Palembang is one of Palembang's handicraft sales which has not implemented a strategy in sales process and product marketing so as to decrease competitiveness among Sellers. In order to increase competitiveness between craftsmen typical of Palembang then made Application of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling Strategies In CRM As Increased Sales at Toko Kasih Ibu Palembang. This strategy was built based on the method of waterfall system development according to Sommerville (2011) with the notation of Context Diagram, DFD, ERD, and programming languages are PHP and MySQL as DBMS. The results of the analysis performed, the Sales System with the Application of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling Strategy has several advantages, such as supporting the online sales process, offering CrossSelling and Up-Selling products, providing the latest product information and giving Discount on the product certain to customers who have made a purchase. In addition, this system also produces several reports including transaction reports, product reports, and customer reports that facilitate the owner in the evaluation to apply sales strategy to the next month
