Abstract :
This study aims to see how the potential for increasing revenue original area through increase of land and bulding tax (PBB-P2) in the regional revenue agency of South Sumatra Province. The framework of methodology used in this research is descriptive data analysis with qualitative and quantitative approach which is the method is used by official assessment system. The result of this research shown the pontential of land and bulding tax (PBB-P2) from 2012 to 2017 categorized as effective, although in 2013 and 2014 there was a decrease in the acceptance of land and bulding tax (PBB-P2). While the result of trend analysis with data management done manually get result of trend analysis to acceptance of land and building tax (PBB-P2), with prospect that move positive (increase) for 5 years to come that is from period of year 2018 untuk year 2022
