Abstract :
Dogs are one of the many pets kept by humans. Keeping dogs should also take into account the health condition of the dog, because it does not close the possibility of disease suffered by the dog can affect the owner of the dog itself. To treat the disease of dogs, the owner must know the type of disease and how to prevent it, so no wrong in dealing with diseases that attack the pet dogs caused by parasites and bacteria. Problems that occur can be solved with expert systems to diagnose dog diseases using PHP and MySQL programming language as a database. Inference method used by this application is Forward Chaining method. This expert system application can provide information on the diagnosis of dog diseases and how they are treated, and can produce an appropriate and fast alternative solution in determining dog disease by looking at the symptoms without consulting an expert.
