Abstract :
The purpose of this study is 1). To find out how big the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Kupang City. 2) to find out how much influence of Local Own Revenue (PAD) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Kupang City. 3) to know how big the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Revenue (PAD) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Kupang City. This research was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kupang City. The data obtained is secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study using literature study methods, data retrieval of the theory which is then used as supporting literature to support research conducted. The analysis of this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program to examine the effect of General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Own Revenue (PAD) to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). The results of this study show that partially the General Allocation Fund (DAU) does not significantly influence the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) seen from t with Sig. > α = 0.05, 0.431> 0.05 then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected, Local Own Revenue (PAD) has significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) seen from t with Sig. <0,05, 0.005 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, simultaneously General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Local Own Revenue influence significantly to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) seen from F equal to 66,080 with Sig. 0.000 <α = 0.05. then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The value of Adjusted R-Squared is 0.917, which means that the independent variation of DAU and PAD is 91.7% to the dependent variable, which shows the relationship of independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong. The General Allocation Fund has no significant effect, indicating that Kota Kupang has the potential to become self-reliant in financial terms. Therefore it is advisable to maintain the performance in managing existing resources in obtaining PAD and increase the potential to increase PAD Kupang city.
