Abstract :
In the whole process of learning in school, learning activities are the most fundamental activities in which teachers here are very strategic position as a teacher is very important to the achievement of a goal . In order to improve the achievement of learning mathematics Limit Function subject in class XI High School, a teacher should be able to use appropriate learning model that can arouse students' reasoning and also students are involved actively in the learning process . Cooperative learning model learning together is a very important learning model with the aim of renewing the learning system that is no longer lead to the involvement of the student in learning . The problem in this study is whether the application of cooperative learning model learning together can improve the learning achievements of the subject mathematics Limit Function on high school students of class XI. This type of research used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Theresearch was conducted in class XI in Kupang PGRI Accredited Private High School academic year 2013/2014. This study was conducted in two cycles , and each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. In collecting the data, the researchers used a method opbservasi, tests, question naires and interviews . The results of this study showed an increase in math achievement subject Limit Function on high school students of class XI, it can be seen from the results of observations and test results from cycle to cycle increased. In the first cycle an average of 3,34 student activity (enough), the teacher 's ability to manage the learning 3.27 ( good ) while the percentage of grade 84% . In the second cycle the average student activity 3.48 (good), the teacher 's ability to manage the learning of 3.39 (good) while the percentage of grade 92%. From these results it can be concluded that the model of cooperative learning together can improve the learning achievement Function Limit subject in class XI in the Private High School Accredited PGRI City Kupang .
