Abstract :
Department of Youth and Sports of the East Nusa Tenggara (Dispora Prov. NTT) is one of the agencies engaged in the field of Youth and Sports in an effort to bring people of East Nusa Tenggara quality, prosperous and democratic in the frame of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Department of Youth and Sports (Dispora Prov. NTT) has a number of employees 90 people. Every year employees participate in the selection vote Dispora Prov. NTT employee achievement. In the process of the diaspora vote Prov. NTT always choose three employee achievement. However, the assessment process is considered less transparent and do not meet the standards. The determination of employee achievement at the moment still using standard assessment process which is not dependent on the assessor in the current year and has not been well documented assessment process. For that we need a method in the determination of employee achievement in accordance with the criteria owned. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. The system will be built is aimed at achieving employee decisi on making process at the Department of Youth and Sports of East Nusa Tenggara, Provide an assessment based on the criteria that have so get a more objective decision..
