Abstract :
East Timor is a country that consists of many District has a variety of ethnic, language or customs that often we call culture. Cultural diversity in East Timor is a proof that East timor is a country very rich in culture. East Timor also consists of many different tribes and cultures of all kinds which consists of traditional House, traditional clothes, traditional dance and music. In terms of dissemination of custom homes, custom clothing, dance and music tradisional di Timor Leste need the presence of the media learning interktif and efficiently can make students better understand the culture of East timor where this way needs to be applied on the 4th grade students SAO MIGUEL HOLSA MALIANA. where is the psoses learning the running time is still the conventional in nature and tend to make students feel bored and less understandable. Hence the need for a media-packed learning more exciting and growing interest in learning of students, one of them by creating a multimedia application as a medium of learning for students 4th grade SAO MIGUEL HOLSA MALIANA to know traditional House, traditional clothes, traditional dances and music in East Timor. In designing this application method used is the method of multimedia development stages in which such methods include Concept stage (Pengonsepan), Design (Design), Material Collecting (Collecting materials), Assembly (Manufacturing), Testing (testing), Distribution (Distribution). The final result to be achieved from the making of the application is expected to attract the interest of the children to get to know the culture of East timor which consists of some type i.e. custom homes, custom clothing dance and music tradisoanal to foster a sense of fondness those cultures of East Timor.
