Abstract :
Legal dispute over land arise from the report of a party (individual or legal entity). The person himself may come from close relatives as well as others. Contains about the rejection or demands of land rights either on the tenure, ownership or status of land in order to obtain an administrative resolution in accordance with applicable regulations. Because in this case the disputed property belongs to the late Singowijoyo who has changed ownership on behalf of Soedarso. The change of ownership of the status of the land without the knowledge of another heir of the late Singowijoyo. In this case, Teguh as the biological child of Slamet Hadi Pranoto (died) demanded the right of inheritance to the land for his father. To answer this question, it is deemeed necessary to conduct a normative legal research toward the relevant underlying laws and regulation so that a conclusion can be logically deduced. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that : 1) How the division of the estate of the deceased Singowijoyo that is by using the customary law of Java for his heirs. 2) How did the judges' ruling given by each judiciary give justice to each of the late Singowijoyo heirs and the final decision giving legal force to the case.The conclusion is that land disputes arising within the family or heirs can not always be solved by mediation, but some land issues tend to go to court in order to obtain justice.
