Abstract :
Comfort scale is a standardized format for the study of pain used Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. Comfort scale used to measure levels of psychological distress in patients critically children under the age of 18 and adults using sedation and attached ventilators. As long as there has been no research that related comfort scale in Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. Design research is quantitative descriptive study with documentation. Population and total sampling counted 75 medical records of patients treated in Intensive care unit (ICU) with delirium consciousness level up to coma with ventilator installed and also using sedation drugs from January to July 2017. The results of this study started that from the patient’s medical record 75 there are four items that get low grades: cries (18.7%), body movement (28.0%), muscle tone (21.3%), the voltage of the face (17.3%). There were 10 (13.33%) medical record that there was no specific record of the ICU. There were 11 (14.67%) fully equipped patient comfort assessment file scale. Recommendations for further research can be conducted research in ICU and nurse observe in conducting the study directly so that the results of the study of the comfort scale in accordance with the documentation for the study of the comfort scale performed by nurse / Comfort Scale merupakan suatu standar format pengkajian nyeri yang digunakan Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. Comfort scale digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat distress psikologis pada pasien kritis anak-anak dibawah usia 18 tahun dan dewasa yang menggunakan sedasi dan terpasang ventilator. Selama ini belum ada penelitian yang terkait comfort scale di Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan studi dokumentasi . Populasi dan total sampling sebanyak 75 rekam medik pasien yang dirawat di Intensive care unit (ICU) dengan tingkat kesadaran delirium sampai dengan koma yang terpasang ventilator dan juga menggunakan obat sedasi dari bulan Januari – Juli 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dari 75 rekam medik pasien terdapat empat item yang mendapatkan nilai rendah : tangisan (18.7%), gerakan tubuh (28.0%), tonus otot (21.3%), tegangan wajah (17.3%). Terdapat 10 (13.33%) rekam medik yang tidak terdapat catatan khusus ICU.Terdapat 11 (14.67%) file pasien lengkap pengkajian comfort scale. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian di ruang ICU dan mengamati perawat dalam melakukan pengkajian secara langsung sehingga hasil pengkajian comfort scale sesuai dengan hasil dokumentasi pengkajian comfort scale yang dilakukan oleh perawat.
