Abstract :
Guru merupakan bagian sangat penting dari sebuah institusi pendidikan, oleh karena itu berbagai tantangan guru perlu mendapat perhatian. Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam tentang Komitmen Organisasi sekolah Buddhis Tri Ratna. Sekolah ini menjadikan nilai-nilai Buddhis yang universal agar bisa diterapkan di sekolah, kepada guru dan siswa. Peran guru dalam mewujudkan hal ini perlu memerlukan komitmen organisasi yang kuat. Komitmen Organisasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai konstruk, penelitian ini memilih konstruk Kepercayaan Horizontal, Keadilan Interpersonal, dan Work Engagement. Kepercayaan Horizontal berkaitan dengan kepercayaan terhadap sesama guru, Keadilan Interpersonal berkaitan langsung dengan bagaimana keterlibatan para guru dalam penetapan prosedur maupun kebijakan baru di sekolah, dan Work Engagement merupakan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru yang mencakup kekuatan semangat (vigor), dedikasi, dan absorbsi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode regresi berganda. Survei dilakukan pada guru sekolah Tri Ratna di unit SD, SMP, dan SMA. Rekapitulasi kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan piranti lunak SmartPLS dengan menguji nilai mean, discriminant validity dengan memeriksa nilai Average Varianced Extracted (AVE), validitas konvergen, menguji reliabilitas dengan composite reliability, R-square, menguji multikolinieritas, koefisien regresi, terakhir penghujian hipotesis. Hasil pengolahan data menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari Kepercayaan Horizontal, Keadilan Interpersonal, dan Work Engagement terhadap Komitmen Organisasi / Teachers are considered as a very important part of the education institution, hence their challenges need to be taken care of. The current research wants to explore deeper concerning Organizational Commitment of teachers from primary, junior high, and senior high school at The Tri Ratna public buddhist school in West Jakarta. The buddhist school vision is to apply universal buddha’s teaching to the teachers and students. Teachers need a strong Organizational Commitment in order to support and embodied this vision. Organizational Commitment is influenced by many constructs, the current research has choosen Horizontal Trust, Interpersonal Justice, and Work Engagement. Horizontal Trust is a trust among the teachers, Interpersonal Trust is related to how the teachers are being involved in the setting up new policy and procedures in the school, and Work Engagement is how the teachers are being in an active manner that related to vigor, dedication, and absorbtion. The research method was using quantitative approach and multiple regression method. Survey was taken from teachers of primary, secondary, and senior high school. All of the data was analized by using SmartPLS included examined mean, discriminant validity, Average Varianced Extracted, composite reliability, R-Square, multicolinierity test, regression coeficient and hipotesis test. The final result was prooven that Horizontal Trust, Interpersonal Justice, and Work Engagement were giving positive influenced to teacher’s Organizational Commitment
