Abstract :
Effort can be made to improve the quality of education, namely improving teacher performance in carrying out their duties. A teacher should have professional performance. Professional teacher performance is key to educational success. High and low teacher performance is influenced by various factors, including meaningful work, work engagement, and strengths of use. This study aims to determine the effect of meaningful work, work engagement, and strengths use on the job performance teachers. The research subjects were 46 teachers who taught at Tunas Bangsa School in Gading Serpong, where teachers were identified as having less job performance. The research design used is PLS-SEM method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained showed that meaningful work positively affected job performance, work engagement positively influenced job performance, strengths use positively affects job performance, meaningful work positively affected work engagement, meaningful work affected strengths use, meaningful work positively affects job performance through work engagement, and meaningful work positively affects job performance through strengths use./Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, yaitu meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Seorang guru seharusnya memiliki kinerja profesional. Kinerja guru yang profesional sebagai kunci keberhasilan pendidikan. Tinggi-rendahnya kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh bermacam-macam faktor, di antaranya meaningful work, work engagement, dan strengths use. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh meaningful work, work engagement, dan strengths use terhadap job performance guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 46 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Tunas Bangsa di Gading Serpong, di mana teridentifikasi guru yang cukup memiliki job performance. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa meaningful work memengaruhi job performance secara positif, work engagement memengaruhi job performance secara positif, strengths use memengaruhi job performance secara positif, meaningful work memengaruhi work engagement secara positif, meaningful work memengaruhi strengths use secara positif, meaningful work memengaruhi job performance melalui work engagement secara positif, meaningful work memengaruhi job performance melalui strengths use secara positif.
