Abstract :
Performance is the work of a person or group that can be measured according to the responsibilities given to the individual or group. Performance is related by several factors, namely individual factors such as ability, psychological factors such as motivation and job satisfaction, and organizational factors such as leadership. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors related to the performance of the Pondok Kelapa Public Health Center, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all employees at the health center with a total of 30 respondents who were officers of the Pondok Kelapa Public Health Center, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta and used total sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and collected directly by paying attention to health protocols. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between motivation and performance (p = 0.000), no relationship between leadership and performance (p = 0.518), there is a relationship between ability and performance (p = 0.015), and no relationship between satisfaction and performance ( p = 0.07). So it can be concluded that the factors related to the performance of the staff at the Pondok Kelapa Public Health Center, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, are motivation and ability factors.
