Abstract :
Based on Permenkes Number 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in hospitals, storage of pharmaceutical preparations must maintain the safety and quality of pharmaceutical procurement based on the provisions of pharmacy in the absence of pollution, lighting, humidity, sufficient space for air flow, and separation of each type category drugs owned. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation activities of drug storage management at the Pharmacy Installation of RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the photovoice method. Collecting data by making observations, reviewing documents, and in-depth interviews. Data validation was performed using source triangulation and method triangulation. The research informants were determined directly using the purposive sampling method totaling 8 people consisting of the head of the hospital pharmacy installation, pharmacist, and pharmacist assistant. The results of the study indicate that there is still a lack of human resources at pharmacy installation and support for training and seminar activities to support the skills of officers related to drug storage. Another problem was found in the small space that is owned to provide services and storage of drugs which causes limited movement of pharmacy officers. Hopefully the hospital can further facilitate pharmacy officers in providing support through training, seminars and room expansion.
