Abstract :
At present, in the village of Tangun there are still many poor people who have not received the Indonesia Healthy Card (KIS). The provision of KIS must be carried out at the selection or decision-making stage in determining the Health Indonesia Card (KIS) recipient so that the health program is in line with the objectives of the Indonesian government. So it is necessary to have various aspects that are considered in decision making, for that it needs to be designed and implemented an application that implements concepts using the Multi Objective Optimization method on The Base of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). From the background description, this final project will create an application that can make it easier in designing the decision making process of determining the recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) using the Multi-based Optimization on the Base of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. Therefore, research is needed in order to obtain solutions related to the decision making process of determining the recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS).
