Abstract :
According to people's perceptions in Indonesia, Moringa plants are believed
to have the abilities to help solve problems in life. Moringa plant cultivation can also
be found in the Madura area. One of them is in Sumenep Regency, Bluto District,
Sangrah Village. Most of the moringa is consumed by the people of Bluto as a soup.
Not only that moringa has also been innovated into processed moringa products such
as moringa flour, tea, coffee, capsules, and moringa crackers with superior products
and the most in demand by consumers, namely Maronggi Capsules at "CV. Pusaka
Madura ?in Sangrah Village. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer
perceptions of maronggi capsules in "CV. Pusaka Madura ? Sangrah Village, Bluto
District, Sumenep Regency. This research method uses validity test, reliability test,
and scale. The results of research on consumer perceptions of maronggi capsules at
CV. Pusaka Madura is having a good perception from consumers in terms of health.
Maronggi capsules come from natural ingredients which are very good for the health
of the body and can cure various diseases.
