Abstract :
This risk management system in managing a karaoke business is very necessary to reduce the possibility of losses due to risk. Risk management is very important for karaoke entertainment business, this is because the karaoke business is closely related to risk in its activities. Both face various risks that come from external or internal.The type of research in this research is qualitative research, using key informants, key informants and supporting informants. So that every discussion or writing that the author conveyed is understandable to the reader.The results of the study explain that the risk management used by GESLIM Resto in dealing with these risks, namely 1). Risk control, namely preventing or decreasing the probability of the occurrence of unwanted risks. 2). Diversification, namely by spreading more than one exposure. At GESLIM Resto has more than one type of business that is different in one place, namely karaoke business and restaurant, and the latest is a distro business that provides sports shoes, sandals, and shirts.
