Abstract :
The problems discussed in this paper are work discipline, Compensation
at PT Pojur Real Madura, which is the purpose of research to study and analyze
work discipline, and compensation in an effort to improve employee performance
at PT Pojur Real Madura, Daramista Village, Lenteng District, Sumenep.
In answering these problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative
research. In this case, the focus of research is 1) Dispin work 2) Compensation
and 3) Performance. In this study the researcher used a purposive sampling
technique, which consisted of key informants, main informants and supporting
informants.
Research results Work discipline at PT Pojur Real Madura for three years
was not optimal because there were several employees who often arrived late.
Compensation at PT Pojur Real Madura follows the government regulations set
by the government, but salary payments at PT Pojur Real Madura Madura still
often experience delays due to employee salary data that have not been remitted
to the relevant Bank, because Financial Managers often get assignments outside
the city , for that impact on the performance carried out by employees so as to
form a pattern of work that is not good, seen in terms of work discipline in which
employees still come not on time
