Abstract :
Navigation runway light one of important flight airport runway system especially at the Mopah International Airport In Merauke. Where is navigation runway light still supplied of convensional energy that expensive and not environmentally friendly. In solar power plan purpose as a back-up system navigation runway light if don?t get supplay PLN energy and this PLTS also to reduce of conventional energy. Planned at 30% of the total energy needs. This research uses quantitative methods by data from energy needs especially navigation runway light system. Therefor planning is needed 180 units solar panel, 2 units Solar Charge Controller (SCC), 220 units battery and 2 units inverter. The results planning of PLTS for Runway Light Mopah International Airport In Merauke worthy of category with 85% performa ratio. Total investment cost of Rp. 3.046.214.446
