Abstract :
In terms of quality and efficiency, this voltage is strongly influenced by the presence of
voltage drops and electrical power losses so that the level of reliability in the
distribution network decreases, which is not in accordance with SPLN 1: 1995 Voltage
Drop +5% & -10% and SPLN 72: 1987 Power loss ?10% . The method used to
increase distribution in the 20 kV distribution network is by reconfiguring the load
transfer from one feeder to another using the LBS (Load Break Switch) component. This
reconfiguration simulation was carried out with the Digsilent application. The data
used were obtained from UP2D Banten PT. PLN (Persero) at the Teluk Naga
Substation 20 kV by looking at the highest feeder maximum load current value. The
feeder that will be reconfigured is the Jarum Feeder. Based on the results of research
using Digsilent simulation. The first reconfiguration of the percentage of voltage drop
obtained is 2%, the percentage of power losses is 6.5%. The second reconfiguration of
the percentage of voltage drop obtained is 1.5%, the percentage of power losses is
6.61% and. The third reconfiguration of the percentage of voltage drop obtained is 2%,
the percentage of power losses is 8.3%. The fourth reconfiguration of the percentage of
voltage drop obtained is 2%, the percentage of power losses is 14.58%. The fifth
reconfiguration of the percentage of voltage drop obtained is 2%, the percentage of
power losses is 14.61%.
