Abstract :
Lightning Arrester is a device that plays a role in ensuring the quality and reliability of
power supply to consumers. The surja arrester plays an important role in limiting the
switching and lightning surgery that flows from the substation to the ground. The data
analysis method used is a qualitative method, then the data is processed, analyzed, and
evaluated. So the percentage value of leakage current for the R phase lightning arrester
is 73%, while the S phase is 716% and for the T phase it is 316%. For the leakage
current percentage value in the R phase lightning arrester of 73% this shows that the
value is below ?90% which means that the recommendation for the R phase lightning
arrester is to be retested 1 yearly. While the results of the calculation of the percentage
of leakage current of the S and T phase lightning arresters of 716% and T phases of
216%, the value is far above ?100% which means that the recommendation for the S
and T phase lightning arresters must be replaced in phaseS S and T in the bay of
Transformer 3 of the Serpong Substation in February 2022.Based on the results of LCM
(leakage current measurement) measurements carried out at the Serpong Bay 150kV
Transformer 3 Substation on February 24, 2022,obtained the value of the leakage
current result in the lightning arrester phase R, namely 110 (?), phase S 1074 (?) and
phase T 504 (?).
