Abstract :
The purpose of public service is to provide the best service for the community. With the existence of facilities that can accommodate various complaints submitted by the community, it is hoped that it will be able to solve various problems that arise so that it can boost the improvement of the quality of public services. The best service will have implications for public satisfaction with the services received. So then the author is interested in conducting research, namely the innovation of Website-Based Citizen Complaints Services in Bayondo Village by using UML in creating this website-based complaint system
