Abstract :
The development of an area, the energy needs will also be greater because the development of energy needs is directly proportional to the development of technology. The development of technology makes the community's need for energy and electricity increases. It shows that electrical energy can be regarded as one of the needs for modern society today. Wind Power / Bayu (PLTB) and Solar Power (PLTS) is one of the renewable alternative energy that has high potential but not yet much to use. With an average wind speed of 4m / s in Indonesia, PLTBs should be well built. The province of DKI Jakarta also has the potential to develop the PLTB although not as big as the eastern provinces which have higher average wind speed. And with solar radiation reaching 5.50 (kWh / m2 / day). The output power generated by the PLTB will be connected to the output power generated by the Off-Grid PLTS so that the two plants will be connected to the hybrid system. The resulting output power can meet the load requirements of the STT-PLN Portacamp.
