Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on firm value. The company's focus is on maximizing profits and shareholder value. Increasing the value of a company is the hope of all business owners, because it shows that the company can provide prosperity for investors. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using descriptive, normality, autocorrelation and T test tests. Intellectual capital has an influence on firm value. . This means that intellectual capital has an effect on the value of the company's sub-sector of transportation and logistics. Price book value (PBV) was chosen to be used as a measuring tool for company value because the Price Book Value (PBV) is considered the most able to describe the value of the company.
