Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Employee Well-Being, Employee Creativity, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The population of this research is UMKM employees in Gresik. The sample used in this study was UMKM employees in Gresik with a total of 105 respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method. This research data analysis uses SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Employee Welfare has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Employee Creativity has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Performance.
