Abstract :
In line with the development of science and technology, one of which is engaged
in electricity, many companies produce electrical equipment, one of which is in
the field of measuring devices, the number of demand for measuring tools
becomes an opportunity for marketing by creating measuring devices, one of them
is measuring ground resistance with flat prices average high enough in the market
so that this title was raised in order to create a more economical and affordable
means of measuring earth resistance. Measuring instrument is a tool to determine
the value or quantity of a quantity or variable. Utilization of this instrumentation
measurement system makes it easy for field technicians, one of which is in the
measurement of the grounding resistance value. the average error percentage of
the measuring instrument designed is 0,0214 % at the voltage sensor Output.
While the percentage of the current sensor on the type of coastal ground
resistance with an average value of 0.152 then the current value on the multimeter
measuring instrument 0.272. In testing the measurement of coastal soil types get
an average value of resistance of 0.694 sedang, while on the prototype the
average value of resistance is 4.53 ?. In testing the type of clay measuring
devices get an average value of resistance of 19, while on the prototype the
average value of resistance is 4.942 ?.
