Abstract :
Abstract Mortgage loan users at PT Bank Jateng Blora continue to decline from 2020-2023, namely by - 37.75%. This research uses the quantitative method. H1 Quality of Service, the results of the calculation of the T test show that the T count (2.294) T table (1.661), and the signification value (0.024) 0.05. H2 Corporate Image results from observations show that T count (0.291) T table (1.661) and significance value (0.772) 0.05. H3 Risk Perception The results of the observations showed that the T count (0.40) T table (1.661) and the signification value (0.968) 0.05. H4 Sales Promotion The results of the observations showed that the T count (5.504) T table (1.661) and the signification value (0.000) 0.05.The quality of service is not significant to customer interest in taking home ownership loans (KPR). The company's image is not significant to customer interest in taking home ownership loans (KPR). Risk perception is not significant to customer interest in taking home ownership loans (KPR). Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in taking home ownership loans (KPR). Keywords: Service Quality, Company Image, Risk Perception, Sales Promotion.
