Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of compensation, workload,
and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of PT Federal
International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch in Semarang. This study employs a
quantitative method, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data
collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires using google forms, with
a total of 90 employees as respondents. The analysis methods used include Data
Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and
Model Feasibility Test using the IBM SPSS application. The research findings indicate
that compensation has a significant influence on turnover intention. Workload and job
satisfaction, on the other hand, do not have a significant impact on turnover intention.
