Abstract :
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment to Y
generation turnover intention in Palembang. The sample used in this study
amounted to 54 people. Data collection in this study using questionnaire. The
data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0
program. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment
variable has a negative and significant effect on Y generation turnover intention
in Palembang. The benefits of this research are to suppress Y generation turnover
intentions and increase organizational commitment.
