Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and see the influence of e-service quality, perceived value and e-trust on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users on food products. Researchers used quantitative research with a sample size of 105 respondents in this study. The results of this research show that the variables e-service quality, perceived value and e-trust have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users with food products.
