Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction with
Lapo Batak. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were
people who had made purchases at Lapo Batak. The sampling technique used in
this research was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Hypothesis
testing was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing,
classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing by managing the data using
the SPSS 21 application. The results of this research show that Lapo Batak
service quality influences customer satisfaction.
