Abstract :
The objective of the research is to assess work performance of Kepanjen Kanjuruhan Public Hospital by using balanced scorecard method which consists of four aspects; financial matter, customers, internal business process, as well as learning process and growth. This method is used because more comprehensive than other methods. While other methods focus only on financial matter, balanced scorecard also involves non-financial matter. The conclusion of the research is that value for money method, comprising economic ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio is fair to be implemented. Meanwhile, customers, internal business process, and learning process and growth achieve a good grade. Because balanced scorecard can give a holistic view and more well-regulated, it can be implemented in Kepanjen Kanjuruhan Public Hospital.
